The
Institute of Aviation Studies at Srinivas University hosted its Student
Council Inauguration Ceremony for the academic year 2025–2026 on 12
September 2025, celebrating leadership, responsibility, and the spirit of
student engagement. The event was marked by enthusiasm, dignity, and a sense of
pride as new council members officially assumed their roles.
The
ceremony began with an invocation, setting a reflective and positive tone for
the year ahead. Ms. Pratheeksha S. Shetty and Ms. Prithvi,
Assistant Professors, skillfully compered the program, ensuring a seamless flow
of proceedings.
Following
the prayer, Ms. Varshitha, UG Aviation Management Course Coordinator,
extended a warm welcome to the gathering. Ms. Aishwarya, UG Aviation
& Logistics Management Course Coordinator, further highlighted the
significance of the day, emphasizing the importance of student leadership in
academic and personal growth.
Badge
Distribution & Oath-Taking
The
highlight of the event was the official inauguration and badge distribution,
presided over by Dr. Pavithra Kumari, Dean of the Institute of Aviation
Studies. The newly elected Student Council 2025–26 was formally
introduced:

occasion was enriched by motivational addresses from senior faculty. Ms.
Anjana T. V., Head of the Department, commended the leadership spirit of
the students and encouraged them to embrace their roles with accountability and

Dean

The
event concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Ms. Raksha,
