On the account of Environmental
Day, reels making competition was conducted for the students of Institute of
Aviation Studies, Srinivas University. The competition aimed to raise awareness
about pressing environmental issues and to provide a platform for the students
to showcase their talents and passions.
A panel of distinguished judges,
evaluated the reels based on originality, clarity of message, visual appeal,
and potential for social impact and the number of likes and comments received.
The first place was won by Afnan Ahamedh
and his team- Diya O.R, Thrisha Kudkuli, Habil Ahmedh, Abzal Afraz from the 2nd
year B.B.A(Aviation Management) program. The second place was secured by Shwetha
M and her team - Sujnaya B.S, Dhanya Y, Chiaraksha, Vaibhavi Deepak Palekar
from the 3rd year B.B.A (Aviation Management) program and the third
place went to Mohammad Hudiaf and his team - Mohammad Riyan, Usman Nadeem, Noel
Pereira, Mohammed Hifaz from the B.B.A (Aviation and Logistics Management)
program.
The Environmental Day reel-making
competition not only highlighted the creativity and passion of the youth but
also underscored the power of collective effort in addressing environmental
challenges. As these young filmmakers continue to share their stories, their
work serves as a beacon of hope and a call to action for a greener, more
sustainable future.
