GUEST LECTURE BY VINEESH RAJENDRAN, JET AIRWAYS, MANGALORE, ON THE TOPIC AIRLINE CUSTOMER RELATION AND IN - FLIGHT SERVICE TO BBA (AVIATION MANAGEMENT) STUDENTS OF SRINIVAS UNIVERSITY
A guest lecture was held by Vineesh Rajendran, who is currently working as Assistant Manager Sales with Jet Airways, delivered a talk on airline customer service, in college auditorium on 31-10-2018 for BBA Aviation students. He explained how to deal with customers relating to online ticket service and about in-flight services to the customers.
There was an interaction with regards to the possibilities of the job opportunities and the overcome of the sustainability in the aviation sector.
The BBA Aviation course coordinator Mrs. Pavithra Kumari had taken the initiative and coordinated the session. All faculties and 125 students were present in the session.
